Our Customers Speak

In the last week we have had two customers email us with special requests.  One woman wanted a different chain with a particular silver pendant and another wanted a longer cord for a necklace she was giving as a gift.  We were happy to oblige and after a couple of emails, sent their orders off pronto.  These requests are a particularly satisfying event for us since it means that these women spent time on our site really getting to know our selections and figuring out just what style works for them.  And that is exactly what we’ve been saying all along: women know what they want, they know their personal style and they are looking for ways to express it.  We spend a lot of time playing with our handcrafted jewelry and trying different chains and cords with different pendants, for example.  We do this because we want to make it easy for our customers to click once and have a terrific necklace arrive “all ready to go.”  But the fact is that there is always more than one way to do something right and our customers prove that to us  with their unique ideas.  As a matter of fact, Robin is now wearing our Colonial style pendant with the very chain that this customer requested and she loves it!  So go ahead, peruse our collection and see if we are already offering something that suits you…or if you’d like to make a special request of your own.  Happy hunting!
